Well I personally have over 30 years of Real Estate experience buying, selling, remodeling, flipping, and building new homes. I have personally designed and constructed homes from the ground up. I was not a paper builder, I actually can with my two hands build a complete home and to be more exact, do every phase of home building. Very few Real estate agents can make that claim.
