- Managed rentals for a while

- Did extensive Remodels
- Became A FSBO Expert and Sold Many of my own properties
- Invested in Foreclosures for years
- Self Taught all Phases of Construction from the ground up
- Worked in Sales Through it all
- Got many Network engineering certifications before the dot com bust
- Worked in the Information Technology field
- Learned How To Design Homes
- Started to Build “ICF” Concrete Homes
- Became The Local Expert In Concrete Home Construction
- Built custom and Spec homes for many years
- Designed and produced an iPad app called “iCondu” available on the iTunes store. “The only one of its Kind”
- Learned SEO Techniques over the last few years promoting various business ventures
- Started The TechBook with/for my children to learn about business (cases for the Kindle, iPad and other devices)
- Finally got my Real Estate License
- Back to where I started when I was 15, REAL ESTATE
- Started the SEO Expert Home Listing organization to teach R.E. Agents how to do SEO with listings to sell homes faster
- Launched the SEO Listing Expert Real Estate Site to Specialize in Listing Homes
- Getting licensed in 3 other states as well
- Became an SEO Expert
- Launching the MasterEleven website to help people all over the world better themselves
- Throughout this all, I have read an average of 100 books a year and have a lot of wisdom, understanding and knowledge of business, marketing, love, relationships, communication, sales, advertising and more….Test me if you like. I’m a student of life and will never stop learning.
So as you can see I’m no average person and I do things only one way. The Best, Most Efficient Way Possible. And I’m continually learning.
