- An Easy Out Listing Cancellation Process–If at anytime you you decide to cancel your homes sale process, the agent will cheerfully cancel your listing and remove the lockbox and signage from the property, with no fee’s due, no hassle or penalties. All they ask is that you send them in writing the request to cancel and they will handle the rest.
