HD Plasma TV Give-Away

  1. 50" plasma or 100" 1080p projector is for home purchase price of 300k or more.
  2. Plasma/projector will be made available within 30 days after closing of transaction.
  3. Plasma/projector to be picked up by home owner,or home owner can pay for delivery
  4. This Give-Away does not include a stand or any other extras
  5. Warranty to be provided by manufacturer
  6. After purchase is made by agent, any and all resulting exchanges or issues will be dealt with by the homeowners and the dealer/manufacturer
  7. The agent makes no promise as to the brand or model of plasma/projector
  8. The agent reserves the right to substitute an LCD if plasma is not available
  9. The agent reserves the right to give the home owner cash funds ($1000.00) or $1000.00 visa gift card instead of a plasma/projector
  10. The cash value of the plasma/projector will not exceed $1000.00
  11. The home owners will not hold agent responsible for any damages arising from the plasma/LCD/projector Television
  12. This offer is based on a home sales closing price of $300,000.00 or more and a selling agent commission of at least 2.5%
  13. Agent reserves the right to cancel this promotion at anytime(all deals that haven't closed or are in the process will still be honored)
  14. For a home closing price between $250,000000 $300,000.00 the plasma/LCD/projector will be any size projector or plasma that does not exceed a cash value of $750.00
  15. Realtors commission is to be paid on the full 300k price for $1000.00 gift and 250,000.00 to $300,000.00 for $750.00 gift.
  16. House must close with any and all contingencies having been met and fulfilled.
  17. This promotion is for any person(home owner) that uses my services to purchase their new home
  18. Limit One plasma/projector TV per transaction
  19. This offer is valid for closings that involve only 1 agent on the buyers side. (no commission splits on the buyers side)
