Real Estate brokerage activities are performed by local Real Estate Professionals that have been referred to you by RBS. The terms of any agreement between a real estate professional and RBS are not endorsed, recommended or otherwise known to or by RBS.
For its services RBS may receive payment including, but not limited to a referral fee that may be a percentage of the commission received by the real estate professionals involved in the real estate transaction. RBS’s payment is due based on an agreement between RBS and the real estate professional involved. Your registration with RBS and use of RBS services constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, this compensation arrangement.
Use of third party services
You understand and agree that the Real Estate Professionals and others in the real estate field who appear on the RBS website or who may be referred by RBS are not employed by RBS.
