Don’t Buy Gold !,   I just wanted to go on record as calling the end of the gold bull market within this next year.  The signs are everywhere and all you have to do is look around.

I’ve been meaning to post this for a few months now, and finally got around to it.

The biggest one is the fact that they are buying and selling gold everywhere.  On the street corner even.  When everyone is getting in, its time to get out.

Think about it for a minute and you will save yourself from loosing money and being the sucker left holding the overpriced metal.  The run up is done and now they are trying to sell it off to the general public to get the profits all the while still hyping it up to them so they will buy and they can get out unloading the gold to unsavvy investors.

If you buy now or anytime in the next year you Will Be Left With loses!!

I did it back in the let bull market when I was much younger and green.  I bought at the highs back then, but this time I sold all my gold a year ago and tripled my money from the price I paid back in the $300 range.  But I would not touch it at the current levels and I highly recommend you do not either.

Zip Realty has really come on strong in the last year and they are all over the place in terms of agents that are associated with them.  But we, as always challenge any other Zip realty broker or Zip Realty agent out there to offer what we offer in terms of SEO Listing Expertise and to do it for less money than us.

Realitor Fees are all over the board especially in todays high tech internet world.  We have companies like eRealty who tried to start a low fee service and they met with staunch opposition from all the traditional Real Estate Agents and realtor associations that helped put them out of business.
